4. Eat more organic food.
5. Join a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
___or other local/organic food box program.
6. Start gardening (windowsill, yard or community)
7. Embark on a 100 mile diet.

1. Show your friends & family, cook a 100 mile or vegetarian feast!
2. Work with your school or workplace cafeteria to provide more vegetarian, local,
___or oganic meals.
3. Ask your supermarket to increase the amount of local/organic food they supply
___and make sure they label it!
